Sacred Tool Kit: So You Think Your Home is Haunted? Read This Before You Open That Door.

Before you fear what’s in your space—ask what’s awakening in your awareness.

Let’s Name What Just Happened…

You heard it.

You felt it.

Something shifted.

And now your mind is trying to make it mean something—fast.

“Is something here?”

“Am I safe?”

“What did I just open?”

Pause.

Because this moment?

This is where people either anchor into their power…

or accidentally hand it away.

Before We Go Further—A Truth Most Won’t Say

The veil between worlds?

It’s not thick.

It’s not locked.

It is paper thin. Transparent. Responsive.

And sometimes…

it’s not your house changing.

It’s you becoming aware enough to notice what’s always been there.

DO: Ground Yourself Before You Interpret Anything

Before you label. Before you react. Before you cleanse.

Check your body.

If you feel:

  • Jittery (hello legs 👀)

  • Buzzing or electric

  • Tight in your chest or throat

  • Suddenly hyper-aware

Your system is activated.

And an activated system will:

  • Heighten perception

  • Blur discernment

  • Amplify fear

Try this:

Feet flat on the floor

One hand on heart, one on belly

Slow inhale… longer exhale

Say: “I am safe in my body.”

Your body is your first oracle.

DON’T: Jump to “Something Dark Is Here”

Let’s dismantle this quickly.

Not everything unknown is negative.

Not everything felt is external.

Sometimes it’s:

  • Residual energy (like an echo on repeat)

  • Emotional imprints in the home

  • Land memory

  • Your intuitive senses turning on

  • Your nervous system asking for support

Fear is loud.

Discernment is quiet.

Choose quiet.

DO: Claim Your Space Immediately

No tools required. No ritual needed.

Just you.

Stand in your space and say:

“Only energies aligned with my highest good are welcome here.

Everything else must leave now.

Say it like you are not asking.

Because you’re not.

You are the authority in your space.

DON’T: Open Doors Out of Curiosity

This is where people accidentally escalate things.

Avoid:

  • “Is anyone here?”

  • Passive openness (“I’m open to whatever…”)

  • Using tools without protection or intention

  • Treating the experience like a game

Curiosity without boundaries = invitation.

And not everything needs an invitation.

DO: Cleanse—But Do It With Intention, Not Panic

You don’t need to go full ritual mode.

Start here:

  • Open windows

  • Use sound (clap, music, bells)

  • Light a candle

  • Use smoke if aligned

Move slowly. Move intentionally.

You are not reacting.

You are recalibrating the space.

DON’T: Cleanse While You’re Afraid

If your hands are shaking… wait.

Because fear-based action:

  • Scatters energy instead of clearing it

  • Reinforces a lack of control

  • Leaves your field more open

Regulate first. Then act.

DO: Watch the Patterns

(This Is Where the Truth Lives)

Ask yourself:

  • Same time every night?

  • Same room?

  • Same sensation?

Here’s the difference:

Residual energy → repeats

Conscious energy → responds

This is the line between echo and interaction.

DON’T: Ignore What Your Body Is Telling You

Physical sensations matter.

  • Jittery limbs

  • Sudden exhaustion

  • Pressure in neck/back

  • Emotional waves that feel “out of nowhere”

This does not automatically mean “spirit.”

It can also mean:

  • Your system is overloaded

  • Your sensitivity is increasing

  • Your abilities are coming online

Not everything is intrusion.

Some of it is activation.

DO: Strengthen Your Field Before You Strengthen the Space

Your energy field is your foundation!!!

Anointing points:

  • Back of neck → access point

  • Solar plexus → authority

  • Heart → emotional center

  • Wrists & ankles → boundaries

Support with:

  • Frankincense → divine alignment

  • Juniper → protection

  • Hinoki → grounded sovereignty

When your field stabilizes—your environment follows.

DON’T: Assume You Have to Figure This Out Alone

There is a moment where curiosity turns into:

“Okay… this is more than I want to navigate by myself.”

Listen to that.

That’s not weakness.

That’s wisdom.

Signs It’s Time to Call in a Professional

(Or as I call it—an Energetic Home Assessment)

If your experience includes:

1. Persistent Activity

  • Repeating events that don’t shift with cleansing

  • Same sensations, same locations, ongoing

2. Intelligent Interaction

  • Feels responsive, not repetitive

  • Objects moving, energy reacting to you

3. Emotional or Physical Drain

  • Sudden exhaustion in specific areas of the home

  • Anxiety or heaviness that lifts when you leave

4. Disruption to Daily Life

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Avoiding certain rooms

  • Constant hyper-awareness

5. Your Intuition Saying “This Isn’t Mine”

  • That quiet knowing?

  • Trust it.

What an Energetic Home Assessment Actually Is

This isn’t fear-based.

This isn’t dramatics.

This isn’t someone coming in and telling you your house is “full of something.”

This is:

  • Understanding what’s present (if anything)

  • Differentiating between residual, environmental, and active energy

  • Clearing what needs to be cleared

  • Stabilizing the space

  • Returning authority back to you

Because that’s the goal.

Always.

Final Truth (Read This Twice)

Not every home is haunted.

Not every experience is external.

Sometimes:

  • The veil thins

  • Your awareness sharpens

  • Your sensitivity expands

  • What feels like “something out there”…Is actually you coming online.

Close the Door Properly

Say it:

“This space is mine.

It is safe.

It is protected.

It is aligned with peace.”

Feel it land.

That’s not just words.

That’s claiming.
