There are moments in life when you suddenly realize that something feels… off.
You feel drained.
Your mind is foggy.
Your emotions feel heavier than usual.
Often this isn't because something is wrong with you — it's because your energy has been scattered across too many people, situations, expectations, and worries.
Every conversation, responsibility, and emotional exchange requires energy. When we continuously give without pausing to reconnect with ourselves, we slowly move out of alignment with our own center.
Reclaiming your energy is not selfish.
It is an act of self-respect, nervous system regulation, and spiritual sovereignty.
When you intentionally call your energy back to yourself, you restore clarity, emotional balance, and inner strength. You move from feeling reactive and depleted to grounded and empowered.
Somewhere along the way…
you gave pieces of your energy away.
Tonight, we call it back.
Your energy belongs with you.

Why Reclaiming Your Energy Matters
When your energy is scattered, you may notice:
• Fatigue even after resting
• Difficulty focusing or making decisions
• Feeling responsible for other people's emotions
• Emotional overwhelm or irritability
• Disconnection from intuition
• Physical tension or nervous system stress
When you reclaim your energy, you restore:
• clarity
• emotional stability
• stronger intuition
• healthier boundaries
• calm in your nervous system
• a deeper sense of personal power
Sacred Practice: Calling Your Energy Back
Sit comfortably and take three slow breaths.
Imagine all the places your energy may have traveled today — conversations, worries, responsibilities, expectations.
Now gently visualize strands of light returning back to your body.
See that energy gathering in your heart center and expanding throughout your entire body.
As you breathe, imagine your nervous system softening and your body returning to balance.
Stay here for a few moments.
Mantra
Repeat quietly or aloud:
I call my energy back to me.
What is mine returns with clarity and strength.
What is not mine is released with peace.
I stand grounded, protected, and whole.
Simple Exercises to Support Energy Reclamation
1. Breath Reset
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds.
Exhale gently for 6 seconds.
Longer exhales signal safety to your nervous system and activate your vagus nerve.
Do this for one minute.
2. Grounding Through the Body
Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower abdomen.
Feel the weight of your body where it sits or stands.
Allow your shoulders to soften and your breath to slow.
Remind yourself: I am safe to return to myself.
3. Gentle Energy Boundary
Visualize a soft field of light surrounding your body.
This light allows love and connection to pass through, while protecting you from absorbing energy that is not yours to carry.
Closing Reminder
Your energy is not meant to be endlessly poured out without renewal.
When you take the time to reclaim it, even for a few moments, you return to your natural state of balance.
And from that place, you can show up in the world with greater clarity, compassion, and strength.
