Feeling Energetically Off? This Chakra Balancing Meditation Will Help You Reset.

When life feels overwhelming, scattered, or heavy, it’s often a sign that your energy centers need a moment of care and realignment. This chakra balancing meditation is designed to gently cleanse stagnant energy, restore harmony throughout your body, and strengthen your energetic protection.


As you move through this practice, you’ll reconnect with your breath, your body, and the natural flow of your energy—allowing you to return to a place of clarity, calm, and inner balance.



Chakra Balancing/Cleansing Meditation

 

Stand comfortably with feet apart to provide a steady, comfortable stance.

Inhale an intentional deep breathe, envisioning positivity, light, love, and protection coming into your body and auric shield. Hold for 3 seconds. Exhale, envisioning all the negativity and low vibrational energy being removed from your body and auric shield. Repeat 3 times.

 

On the next breathe and exhale, envision roots coming from your ROOT chakra (located at the base of your spine) going down your legs into Mother Earth. Bring those roots down to a comfortable level for you. On the next inhale, breathe in RED from Mother Earth’s energy. See/Feel/Sense that color going throughout your entire body. Feel it in your fingers, toes, at your crown. On the exhale, you want to blow that color out of your body, creating a bubble of it surrounding your aura.

Please note:   If you find throughout the day you may have heaviness with walking, simply pull simply what is comfortable for you.

 

Next you want to breathe in ORANGE for your SACRAL CHAKRA. Fill your body with it, into your fingers, toes, and crown. On the exhale, push the color out and around the color(s) before it, creating a thicker shield.

 

Following with Yellow for your SOLAR PLEXUS. Fill your body with it, then exhale it out and around the other colors.

Next you want to breathe in GREEN for your HEART CHAKRA. Fill your body with it, into your fingers, toes, and crown. On the exhale, push the color out and around the color(s) before it, creating a thicker shield.

Then breathe in BLUE for your THROAT CHAKRA. Fill your body with it, into your fingers, toes, and crown. On the exhale, push the color out and around the color(s) before it, adding to the rainbow-colored shield you have been creating.

 

With the next inhale you want to pull in from Father Sky, the color INDIGO for your BROW/THIRD EYE CHAKRA. Fill your entire body with that color as you have before. The only difference is where you are pulling that energy and protection from. All the steps remain the same.  But from this step out, you will be pulling that energy from Father Sky.

With the next breathe, you want to pull in CLEAR or CLEAR QUARTZ energy for your CROWN CHAKRA. Fill your body with it, feel it in fingers, toes, and crown. On exhale, push that clear color out and around all the other colors of your rainbow shield.

 

Next you want to pull in from Father Sky the color SILVER for your SOUL STAR CHAKRA, filling your body with it, and pushing it out and around the other colors.

Next you want to pull in GOLD for the STELLAR GATEWAY/ CHRIST LIKE ENERGY for further protection. Breathing it in and exhaling it out and around all the other colors you have breathed in so far.

 

Lastly you want to envision an egg shape/shell encompassing all those colors in an egg. You’re now within balance and protected. You can also envision mirrors on the outside of the eggshell if you feel you need further protection. 


Remember, this is all about INTENT.


There is no right or wrong. You do what is comfortable for you and what resonates with you. You can modify any meditation to suit your needs, but INTENT must be there.


*** Make sure your INTENT is positive, firm, and not fear based.

*** Do this meditation in the morning before leaving, and once again upon returning home.
